Drop-In Visit (30 minutes)

$45 per visit

Each visit is thoughtfully tailored to your cat’s routine, comfort, and personality, with care focused on feeding, refreshing water, litter box maintenance, enrichment, and gentle companionship (when welcomed). When appropriate and based on your cat’s comfort, visits may also include treats and light grooming. After each visit, you’ll receive photo and/or video updates so you can feel connected, reassured, and fully at ease while you’re away.


Extended Drop-In Visit (45 / 60 minutes)

$60-85 per visit (based on visit length)

Includes everything in the standard drop-in visit, with extended time for more attentive, unhurried, and deeply personalized care. This option is ideal for multi-cat households, shy or anxious cats, senior cats, or those who benefit from extra observation, enrichment, and companionship. The additional time allows for a more relaxed visit pace and more personalized support, including non-invasive medication administration when needed.


Non-Invasive Medication & Routine Support

Included as part of our extended visits

Support with non-invasive (topical or oral) medication administration, dietary routines, and enrichment needs is thoughtfully provided as part of our extended visits. Care is delivered with patience, attention to detail, and respect for your cat’s comfort.


In Home Meet & Greet

$20 (credited toward your first booking)

A personalized in-home consultation prior to your first service, designed to ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for both you and your cat(s). During this visit, we’ll take the time to understand your cat’s routine, preferences, and care needs, review your home setup, and answer any questions you may have.
This introduction allows us to build trust, ensure a strong fit, and provide attentive, personalized care from the very first visit.


Extras

Additional services and pricing considerations to support flexibility and quality of care

  • Additional Cat

    $10 per cat
    For households with more than one cat, additional time and care is provided to ensure each cat receives proper attention.

  • Holiday Pricing

    1.5x standard visit rate

    Holiday rates reflect increased demand and limited availability to ensure consistent, high-quality care for all clients.

  • Last-minute booking (within 48 hours)

    30% additional rate

    Applies to bookings requested within 48 hours of the service start time. Last-minute requests are accommodated when availability allows.

All extras are discussed and confirmed in advance.


Scheduling & Availability

Pawla Care Co. offers a limited number of thoughtfully scheduled visits each week to maintain a calm, low-volume service model. Availability is intentionally limited to ensure consistent, reliable, and unhurried care for every household. Evening check-ins are available to help cats settle comfortably at the end of their day.


Service Areas & Travel Considerations


Standard Service Area:
Pawla Care Co. provides in-home cat care within a defined local service area in Dallas. Visits within this area are billed at standard service rates.

Extended Service Area:
If your home is located just outside our standard service area, we may still be available to accommodate your request depending on availability. Visits outside our standard service area may include a $10—$20 travel adjustment per visit, depending on location.

Any applicable travel adjustments will always be disclosed and approved prior to booking or payment. Final availability and pricing are confirmed following the Meet & Greet.
