    In addition to practical experience, Pawla Care Co. is trained in Pet First Aid & CPR through the American Red Cross, ensuring calm, safety-focused responses in emergency situations.

    Pawla Care Co. is fully insured for in-home pet care services.

How It Works

  • Prospective Pawla Care Co. clients begin by filling out our intake form with basic details about their cat(s), care needs, and requested service dates.

    This initial step helps us confirm availability and ensure our services are the right fit for your household.

  • An in-home meet & greet is required for all new clients prior to the first service. During this visit, we take time to:

    • Meet each owner and cat(s) in a calm, unhurried setting

    • Observe behavior, comfort level, and boundaries

    • Review feeding routines, enrichment preferences, and care instructions

    • Discuss home access, safety considerations, and communication preferences.

    This visit allows cats to become familiar with us at their own pace and gives owners the opportunity to share important details, ask questions, and feel confident about the care process.

  • Following the meet-and-greet, we confirm that the care agreement is a good fit for both the cat and Pawla Care Co., and pricing is confirmed.

    Once confirmed, services can be scheduled with clarity and confidence, knowing expectations are aligned on both sides.

  • For established clients, additional meet-and-greets are typically not required unless there are significant changes to the household, cat needs, or care routine. We value continuity and long-term relationships built on trust, familiarity, and consistent care.
