How It Works

Getting started is simple. New clients begin by submitting a care request through our secure client portal.
You’ll share a few details about your cat(s), care needs, and requested service dates, and select a convenient time for your in-home Meet & Greet.
All services are requested through our secure client portal and confirmed following the Meet & Greet to ensure the right fit for every household.

An in-home Meet & Greet is required for all new clients prior to the first service.
During this visit, we take the time to:
Meet you and your cat(s) in a calm, unhurried setting
Observe comfort level, behavior, and boundaries
Review feeding routines, enrichment preferences, and care instructions
Discuss home access, safety considerations, and communication preferences
This visit allows your cat to become familiar with us at their own pace and ensures a confident, thoughtful start to care.

Following the Meet & Greet, we confirm that the care plan is a good fit for your household and finalize service details and pricing.
Once approved, visits can be scheduled through our secure client portal with clarity and confidence, ensuring expectations are aligned before care begins.

For established clients, visits can be scheduled directly through our secure client portal or Time To Pet mobile app. Additional Meet & Greets are typically not required unless there are significant changes to your household or care routine.
We prioritize continuity and long-term relationships built on trust and familiarity — allowing your cat(s) to feel comfortable with each visit while you experience consistent, dependable care.
